When will you be re-releasing this program?

I downloaded this program when it was released in July 2015. Really love this program especially the option of extrapolating the audio from videos.

But now and as of the first of this year 2018 it now has locked up all functions save for just the basic video downloading option.

Pretty disappointed that the license only lasted 6 months

I installed it, but i can't find the Installingpoint in the Directory Pathes!

I like the search for video function of this program and it does everything it claims to do except I are unable to preview the video before I download it. The program has a option to do this but it's not working.

Downloaded, installed, and registered just fine, however the desired result of the program (downloaded videos) failed me. I chose "Best available" for choice of video to download (in case there are different qualities available) and "No conversion" (whatever the available format is leave it as that format). What I got was mp4 files for everything (could be a coincidence that 20+ videos were mp4 to start with), but I got two versions of each video. One is a high resolution (1280x720) but with no sound, and a second mp4 file of the same that has sound but no video. These have "_BestAvailable" tacked onto the name of the file, and the name of the download folder at the beginning of the filename. I have never encountered this with any other video downloaded, and thank goodness, I have several others already to choose from. Compared to other downloaders, this one is not "Fast" at all. I have found that Firefox Ant Downloader AddOn to be especially reliable, so I will stick with it for the time being.

Like others have said, still awaiting the mere 1 year license, but looking into this new version, unless missed, do not hardly see any real improvements from their GOTD version of this from back in December. Too many free downloaders can do all of this in HD, with video trimmers, crop & more. Still very basic, how do they justify paying for this software. Not really worth all the hassles for a 1 year license only.

This Downloader program works just okay, but nothing special in the features, it is just another video downloader, not much to really stand out among all the many many free ones already in crowded market.
**It needs a  video trim feature,  so we do not have to download entire lengthy videos, & easily keep the junk parts in videos do not want.
** Along with a video/audio trimmer option, a basic *(Video fade out effect), feature mainly at end of video downloads, so do not have to use an addtl editor program,to edit and re-encode just to fade out video at end, instead of all videos ending abrubtly, which looks terrible. 
**Also, some Addtl Superhot video/audio Options could make avail even if by external Plugins, VST Effects etc)**:

--(Hot Option to *Auto correct of video resolution, lighting or sound problems like others can already do.

Thanks for the Fast VD as a Giveaway today.
It installed fine and registered without problems on my Win 10 Home 32-bit system.
I tried downloading 6 (six) different Youtube Videos at a go and it handled well.

However when I checked the output folder it shows three files (MP4) for each download.
When I played the largest file it has perfect video but No Audio.
I tried playing the other two associated files and they played perfect Audio but no Video.
The three associated files all had the same length (time) as the actual youtube video.
All in all my six Youtube downloads resulted in 18 mp4 downloads.

Am I missing something?

...the hands down best free or otherwise converter I have ever used with little to no loss in quality. (You may have to tinker with settings) I found it useless for .mkv conversions though.

...which nobody reccomends on here for photo-retouching, animated .gifs, etc. A fantastic program, always improving. I have been doing audio/visual, graphic design for 18 years & yes I have 100's of programs, but most things can be done with these basic/free programs that you don't have to spend weeks learning...ie: PhotoShop (paid) or GIMP (free)

I do get & try many software on GAOTD & I thank both them & the software designers for allowing me to do so. Some are definitely keepers. Just take the time to read the reviews here & on the net.

There is an extension called "Video Download Helper" that will capture most videos. It is compatible with both Firefox and Chrome.

Long list of videos that can be downloaded. However, I'm not too impress when it excluded YouTube, Kodi, ABC, NBC, CBS, CW and Fox.

Can't install:
"A required privilege is not held by the client"

I had an older version of this program - it showed 167 days left. So I go to install this so I can get a full year. After installing the program - it still shows 167 days left. Next, I completely uninstall the version - message - the program has been completely removed. Now I install a fresh copy of the program. So how many days do I have? Still 167 days, so, I guess I am still on the time clock of the original installation. Any suggestions? Thanks...Abe

Shows 370 days left after registration.
Auto pastes non-video urls.
Default download location is my documents.
Downloads from youtube, vimeo.
Failed on dailymotion, Metacafe urls, not sure, maybe it's my machine only.
I didn't try all the sites it claims to be able to download from, but i think it can't do them all.
