Meanwhile I've tested Easy Photo Unblur 9.3 with a couple of test images I have collected for exaclty this purpose. The best thing first: this time it did not crash a single time. The not so good thing: it installed in c:\-drive, without allowing any changes to the installation path. The intermediate thing: it did nothing special to my noisy test targets, for example Paint.NETs "Surface Unsharpening" did a much better job on a very noisy night scene. Some examples brighter examples got degraded astoundingly to the poor side.
Tip: for faster calculation speed and better response try to work with a representative small snippet of the original image (save in lossles format). The worse thing: workflow is beyond good and evil. The program comes by far with one of the most unlogical and confused user interfaces I've ever seen. I could not detect any special logic behind. Adjusting vacuous settings always brought unexpected results, Probably a translation problem? And when I had finally made some promising adjustments, they got lost in the next step, because there is no option for saving any settings. User defined presets? Finally everything I promised before occured: using tools from this vendor is very time consuming and complicated as complicated can be. For freeware or open source this might be good enough, but pay? To stay fair, I´ve tested with very noisy and only slightly unsharp images, so I can not say much about the deconvolution function that might be the main purpose of this tool.

Deconvolution is a relatively new algorithm that makes it possible to sharpen unsharp or smeared (moving) pictures - in theory. New to me is that
unblur can also remove pixelnoise? From my previous experience from testing the previous giveaway version all I can say is, that it is very time consuming and complicated to use. When I get really bored I might try it out - the Denoise 9.0 from the same vendor took me my last nerves, the program exits randomly with error messages when you try the deeper AI-denoise presets. The developer must be very busy, there is a new +0.1 version upstep every few weak, and it also seems that every new version brings new bugs?
