I'm unable to activate it. It gives me the following once I've entered the provided code:

kollinsb, You have to allow the program in the Windows firewall(easeusconverterdaemon.exe), else it can´t connect for your licence.

The program gives a fail on the subtitle generator, it keeps on failing on my laptop with Windows 10 and 8GB ram, it takes also a lot of GPU and CPU while busy converting. Its also not generating a subtitle it is just standard hardcoding the generated sub in the video, this tested on a pc with Windows 10 and 16gb ram. 80 dollars for this program I never pay, its way to expensive for what it does.

Is anyone able to get this to run? It installed fine, but when I add a video to convert, it just says 'Adding File(s)' and sits there.
Have to reboot my computer to close the screen - Not even the Cancel button works. I've already restarted my computer twice and still the same thing.
Running Windows 10 and trying to convert a MP4 video file and make it a smaller file. Maybe after this restart I'll try an MVK video file.
Not sure what to do?
