I love DVDFab products. They all work great. I subscribed to their DVD 365 package this year for $99 and I have the lifetime Blu-Ray ripper. If I do not buy DVDFab All-in-One this year, I will try to get a discount on the Lifetime UHD Ripper upgrade.

In the readme.txt for this product, a link was provided where I could enter my email address and an activation code was supposed to be sent to me. I never got an email so was unable to activate the free 1 year license. Is there any way to contact this company and get them to send me a proper activation link?

Application installed fine, but keeps crashing. Trying to do a disc conversion with it, and the application says I can only convert 3 discs within a month after that I will need to purchase it. I entered the code received by Email and the application said it registered successfully, so there is clearly a problem with the licensing module.
The actual conversion started well, but at about 40% conversion just hung and failed to continue.
