With DVD RIPR (3.2.2.20) you can only participate if you have a PC/laptop with an optical drive. And those things are rare or are no longer there! A disadvantage is that the image format of a DVD is 720x625 pixels and 625 analogue lines. On the current 2K and 4K TVs, something like that does not really give a clear image quality. In other words, an old -fashioned medium. Another thing, if someone still has a DVD recorder, of which he thinks, i can record a movie and then burn it on a DVD, it is for the effort. The analogue TV signals have been abolished here in the country, now they are 'digital' TV signals. This means that those devices can no longer record or show anything because the DVD recorder says; "No TV signals have been found, please scan your device. I can still use my DVD recorder, because I have inserted an" analog test-image ". A separate" GTMedia GTC module, digital reception "ensures that I am can record along the AV input and make a DVD if necessary.
