No problems downloading or installing.
The software does not recognize my iPhone SE that shows "connect to iTunes screen". iTunes does recognize the phone, but wants to restore the phone to factory settings (claims updating not possible), thereby erasing all the data. Exactly the situation that the software would be valuable!
DoYourData Support initially provided a rapid response => reinstall the software. Did so, there was no change, reported this back to support and no further response from them.
Note that the software automatically closes iTunes so that there is no conflict.

Cannot get key accepted - it keeps saying "Unable to connect to server, please check your network" Yet there is nothing wrong with my network, and I have no problem accessing any other web pages.... Is the server down ????

There are some softwares for restoring certain information, even after deletion, but it all comes down to how long time it was since it got deleted.
One software I can mention is Mobikin, you could try using this and see if it finds anything.
