It’s packed with everything that I need. Just go to the main interface and it’s pretty easy to organize, back up and restore iPhone as advertised. On top of that, it enables me to export photos as JPG or convert books to TXT, PDF, so I can even make them compatible with other devices. Thanks for the giveaway!

It is not working well with an iPhone XR (iOS 14) and an iMac. Music files and video files will not Sync to iPhone. Every song or video says "Add Failed". I was able to do a Backup but that is all that worked so far.

Be careful, at step 3. Click "Get Free Code” button or "Get Code for Mac", you will get a text file with license key and activate guide.
the file you download has the same name as the one you downloaded at step 1 (but contents are different) so you have to change its name if both are downloaded in the same folder!

Dear Digiarty Support Team, Is it possible to use this to a comprehensive back-up of my iPhone XS EVEN if I lost my personal secret password of my iPhone - used with ITUNES ?
i couldn't back up my iPhone again in my laptop since I lost it last year
what do you suggest?

This is one of the nicer faster more powerful user-data-managers for iDevices, some others cannot delete items from the iPhone after copying, but ...

... but backing up things like contacts, then restoring them, does NOT include ringtone settings and blocking settings, nor does it recognize duplicates, and just doubles my number of contacts.

This is JUST for data transfer, such as photos, videos, ebooks, audiobooks.

... unless someone knows how to backup and restore contacts including ringtone settings and blocking settings and manage duplicates ... anyone?

I have to backup my iPhone 11 for upgrading to iOS14. It seems DearMob has a faster speed to transfer and backup my mobile data than iTunes. Farewell my iTunes :)))

Registered with no issue on Windows 10. Now the photos taken by iPhones take up more and more memory, and I am an elderly person who likes to record home videos. Honestly, I couldn't afford subscription price if I want more space of icloud. I really need this iPhone administrator to help me back up all my photos to my computer for free. I have to say, I used to worry that it would consume a lot of time on exporting these videos and photos, but the iphone manager did not let me down. I hope Apple's icloud can become cheaper.

Thomas, I suggest using the free, unlimited storage Google Photos. Photos and videos from an iPhone are of the size which fits the free storage criteria. It lacks some of the organizational features of having the photos on your iPhone, but one can search the images. (Google is good at that.) All it takes is a free Google account - you don't have to use any other Google apps, including not using Gmail. Your choice. But then you also do get Google Docs, etc.

Thanks for the code. The install and registration are ok. It connected my phone very quickly. All data & files are organized in the software, like photos, I can easily find the ones in day, week, or month. As I have backed up some photos to external drive before, I do not need to backup them all, and this software knows me well.
