Got this when the giveaway was active knowing that even though I hate limited time trials I would only need it once when I went to sell my iPhone so I made an exception to my rule of not bothering with software that expires. No troubles installing but when I actually went to use it I found out the program is utterly useless. It keeps saying I don't have iTunes installed on my computer and without iTunes it won't do a darn thing. The kicker is that I do in fact have the latest version of iTunes installed from the Windows store. All the help pages do is tell you how to make sure the bad connection between my computer and the iPhone is fixed but that is not the problem. Windows Photo and iTunes are actively connected and allowing me to manage my device just fine. This software is the problem for refusing to find it.

The purchase link doesn't work and results in:

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
This applies to both Firefox and Chrome browsers. Did you check this Coolmuster Team? If so, it must be my PC at fault.
Could I ask why almost 300 people have given this a thumbs up without anyone commenting on their experience with the product? The same applies to the Data Recovery offering today from Coolmuster.

I have tried again and with the same result in both Firefox and Chrome. I have also just tried Microsoft Edge and IE 11 browsers with exactly the same result.

I can only assume that either my AV software (Bitdefender Total Security) or firewall is blocking access for some reason although it would normally explain an exception.
