Some download managers may be more complex than some users would like. "Batch URL Downloader" is one of the simplest applications of its kind, so it can prove to be a good alternative to overly-complex download managers. It enables you to save multiple files as part of the same job. Essentially, all you have to do is paste a list of URLs in the text field and then click the "Download All" button. The files will be saved in quick succession, and the job progress is displayed in the status bar.
If you need to download a large number of links and wish to avoid saving them individually, this application can certainly prove helpful. It can speed up the process of downloading a large number of files from a URL list.

I know these people, and the Vovsoft are thoroughly honest and respectable. They are industrious young people in Turkey, and in the few years since they started their company they have come up with some excellent programmes. Have not yet tried this one (doing it now) but have no doubt so too is it. Their EULA is to be sure in no way evil, as speculated below.

After Installation, when putting the reg key, the prog says that the prog is not connected to internet and cant be registered....

vov, Thank you for the even thou I couldnt activate it. Its either it says internet should be checked when I could see every other connection okay with my internet OR it says password invalid, though I am sure I left no spaces when copying the activation key provided.

Azalia, the software only downloads HTML if the URL is a web page. However, you can download all links in a web page using "URL Grabber" button.

2) Does it download YouTube page links?
3) Does it download from multiple pages?
