is it supposed to have upgrade showing all the time ? I have an account but it doesnt show anywhere I am registered?

Installation went great. Don't forget to get the apps for downloads. Also, at least for Amazon, after logging into my account for both the Audials software and Amazon, you can only save at 320kbps MP3. The others are locked and require you to upgrade. Not sure about the other services but just a heads up. I could not select the FLAC settings unless I upgraded.

It's a basic version: only 128 kbps unless you pay for more :-( Apart from that it's a great tool with simple interface. I need music in FLAC, so uninstalled.

It is a 64 bit application. I could not install it on my regular test machine, a virtual W7 64 Pro. The installation in SandboxIE Plus also failed. So I made a system restore and then installed it on my W10 64 Pro production desktop.
Activation was simple, as I have an account with Audials.
After testing, I restored the status of my production desktop, using system restore.
It works OK, as all software that is (also) marketed by Ashampoo. And the licence is not restricted in time.

krypteller, some extra testing showed why it does not run in SandboxIE Plus. It then cannot use Webview2, a Microsoft component.The Microsoft Edge WebView2 control allows you to embed web technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) in your native apps. The WebView2 control uses Microsoft Edge as the rendering engine to display the web content in native apps. Normally, I have Edge blocked by Pro Lasso and use Firefox as browser.
When I run Audials directly, it works, even without Edge. Windows is a mystery to me.
