Downloaded and installed okay, but then a window popped up and said Microsoft program WEBEXVIEW (or something similar) was not installed properly. Downloaded the Microsoft install file and installed webexview (?) but nothing happened. Any help about what to do to fix this would be appreciated.
By the way - Exactly the same thing happened recently on Audials_One_2022 recently.

I've been able to download the program... I have an Audials One from 2019 account and I am unable to enter data into the Activation popup - Have downloaded the last three Audials giveaways and it is the same issue each time.

Veromay, this is because the installer software recognizes the fact that you have a previous giveaway product installed already, it's little "hint" to you is not letting you do anything at that point. If you read the disclaimer it says, "No free upgrades", in essence what you are attempting to do is update. Work around includes system back up, uninstall Audials One 2019, download & install the Audials whatever new one you're trying to claim. Do the activation requirements and run it once to verify proper operation, then reinstall Audials One 2019 from the back up. Imho the search universe of Audials One 2019 is the best U/I of all of their products. Take care & good luck.

Should I be able to just hit "music" and type in sn artist's name in ghe "find" box? Because I've been unable to find a single track :(
Maybe it's my taste in music? Somebody give me z search term that should work?

I tried to record from YouTube just as a test, and couldn't figure out how (I tried copy and paste URL, and, drag and drop). I checked Audials site and couldn't find instructions. Any help?

Well worth getting. An excellent program. If you get Audials Radio 2022 SE for free and just buy Audials Movie 2022, you will have the equivalent of Audials 2022.

I sometimes download WAV files from YouTube with WaveEditor. Afterwards I have to remove all those commercials at the front and at the back with WaveEditor and then transfer to MP3 with the WinLame program at 19.500 kHz.

Charles Levy, see comment Julia There are also free webservices for it . I am concerned that the music that is downloaded should be free from unlawful sounds. Certainly if it are commercials that I can miss as a toothache. So I have to edit any download music file, such that each MP3 file has the same volume. And that is only possible with a music editor who can eliminate all not necessary proportions.
