It could do screen shots, but failed to video record. I need to update both my graphic and sound card drivers.

Both drivers are up to date and work excellent.

I have a handful of other screen recorders, which work perfectly doing video recording.

I've been using their previous version for quite a while, with EXCELLENT results. I had some problems installing this updated version today, though, so I first uninstalled the old version. Everything went smoothly. AND I have to add that they sent me the registration code in less than a second! Thanks so much! Great program!!!!

I have several other alternative screen recorders available to me, but I wanted to see if Apeaksoft Screen Recorder had improved since I last tried it out. The descriptive text for today's offer implies some changes have been made.

When I tried to record, I received a dialog that stated:
Failed to record, please try to upgrade your graphics driver and sound card driver. If still not, please send us log file by feedback.

I looked in the installed to directory, but did not see a log file. I thought maybe the log file could be found in the History area. When I clicked it, another dialog was displayed:
Save failed, as the recording content is always static and no any sound recording.

I will try again to see if I can use the Feedback from inside the program. Thankfully, in the meantime, I have other screen recorders to use.

Activated the software with no issues. Used it immediately as looking for some time now for a screen recorder. Tested many freewares and trial apps with mixed results. Have to say Pleased No End with this one. It let me video record some computer games the other apps failed. Detected no lag. No quality issues as good enough to post. Learned to use it almost instantly. Has few features compared to payware, yet for someone not computer savvy like me, this solves a major problem with quickly and easily recording screen in full and custom sizes. Purchased it within an hour.

One gripe the sentence after purchased: "A notification with instructions how to fulfill the contract will be sent to [my email] shortly." No sure what contract that, and it worries me if obligations here.

Oherwise, pleased, guys! Looking now at getting their video editor at same discount in next few days.

Can I record just what my webpage is showing? I want to record any changes being made to my router. I view my router using Chrome and would like to see that.

Does it record output "as seen" or possibly the input? In other words, if I play a 4K video on a Full HD monitor, will it record in 4K resolution or just 1080?

I had version 1.1.1 installed and working fine.
I installed this later version and it will not provide a free reg code.
It asks me to pay for a licence.
Now my version 1.1.1 does not work.
This is not acceptable way to operate.
Please resolve asap?

Apeaksoft Studio, I found out that when I was to request a free activation code, the "name" had to remain the preprinted giveaway ............ name.
Doesn't it appear clear in the readme text - but now the matter is okay.

Apeaksoft Studio, No I haven't attended any events, however, I had a previous version of Aspeaksoft Screen Recorder Pro', not sure where I got if from. Having used the software for some time, I like it a lot. 1 suggestion would be to allow a save of the 'capture as a png or jpeg directly, without having to paste into a 3rd party software before saving
