Step 2. Unzip the Package and double click “setup.exe” file to install the software.

Step 4. In a few minutes, you will receive an email with an annual license in your mailbox.
Step 5. Go back to the “Register” window, and enter the “Registration Code” you received, and then click “Register” button to finish the registering process.

I missed this but would like to try again after they fix it. I have other AnyMP4 products and theyare fine.

Installed and tried it. I was very hopeful. I loaded a 90 minute .ts file but when I tried to edit it everything I did resulted in "Error while writing the file".
They had a package offer for $35 of 4 DVD programs so I downloaded the demo. I tried to rip a DVD but none of the functions work except the one that shrinks a DVD and no one needs that.
What a shame. I was ready to buy.

Downloaded and installed program this morning then wen to work. I'm home now and still not registration code. I submitted my email again about 20 minutes ago and still no code. Un-installing.
