I have a big problem with registration. It shows all the time trial version . When I try to log in the sign"@" is not active and I cannot print my whole email addresse. The symbol "@" works well anywhere else. I cannot even copy and paste my email addresse

AmoyShare Team, what if you'd registered that e-mail address before but want to update/refresh your one-year period? The site just gives an error that the address is already registered; there are no instructions on how to then log in or otherwise renew your license.
What is the correct procedure in this case?

Apparently my email is already registered, but it says to just put in email and password and log in that way but that didn't work. It still says free trial. I have restarted the program and it didn't work either. What do I do?

AmoyShare Team, I have a two screen setup - Why does your program load the left half on screen 1 and the right side on screen 2 ??
I have to drag it to one or the other before I can use it....

I don't understand why I never get an answer about something until the day the giveaway is over or days after. I left a comment about my anyvid still saying trial mode. I restarted it. I see a comment about changing the language but I don't see anywhere I can change that. What can I do to get it registered. Please someone get back to me. Thanks.

It takes up WHOLE SCREEN INCLUDING TASKBAR ! no way to resize or close!! Had to use Task Manager to close!

When looking at video acquiring the number one thing I look for is can it do RTMPS then how often are the updates because the video world is always changing.

Despite the instructions stating that if you already have an account, leave the password field blank, the reason it still fails is (in my opinion) in the next paragraph:

I don't remember signing up for AnyVid before though that's the thing. I just emailed Amoy and gave them my email address. Maybe they could tell whether or not I have ever signed up or not? Hopefully. Thank you for responding Gary. :)

Terry Ive - thanks for your response. Facebook have recently (in the last few weeks) disabled the right-click feature for videos on their site - in other words, you cannot access a contextual menu to obtain/copy the URL of the video, so, without the URL you CANNOT download a video from Facebook - or am I wrong?

Tony Gee, i DL from FB all the time, trick is to click on the vid so it opens bigger, the url listed is the one you use to DL the vid. i currently use 4K video downloader, but am looking into this one

nowaywins, I used to use Ant (paid for it too) but it didn't keep up - so I too use 4K Video Downloader along with Internet Download Accelerator.. Both work well..

joe, To fix the trial problem, Start the program, go to "Log In". instead of putting in the email and password, underneath it give login to "Google" option, Click on and sign in that way.

It does NOT work with Facebook - while I was playing a video (and I tried several different ones) message reads: "No video parsing - try to play a video"
