1. I know, I know, it's "whose".

2. The instructions for Udemy downloads (https://www.allavsoft.com/how-to/download-udemy-videos.html) do not work. I enter login info, passwords, capcha by-pass then nothing happens until the program tells me it failed and should use the "screen record" feature. NB: I can download videos from this site just fine through Firefox add-in "Video Download Helper" browser only setting. I had just hoped this software would be faster.

I would appreciate it very much if the vendor person could give me a steer in the correct direction on this. I'm reluctant to try Lynda downloads as my login is more complicated.

There is no need to use the extension.
Simply install and run our Allavsoft and copy and paste the video or music url to Allavsoft to download the download.

No. Just install right over the current version you now have on your computer. The new installation will just overwrite any files that are currently there to the updated ones.

IT, There is no need to delete the previous version. Simply make sure it is closed when you install the new version.

First of all, it´s lovely to see that even when you take the time to make a comment, either interested parties or just the same ungrateful people that makes this comment section virtually sterile, and therefore abandoned by so many, downvote you to oblivion. It serves me right...

Secondly, David, the Advanced/Max resolution setting is NO SOLUTION, since I want to have every resolution available at my disposal every time, depending on what and where I´m downloading from, and what pretty much every software and their mothers allows me to do since... forever.

Same thing with an easy way to change download speed, and many other things I don´t feel like like wasting my time commenting about.
