abylon BACKUP-TUBE can create an exact copy of directories. The data backup is done automatically or manually and intelligent routines accelerate the backup process thus reducing the data volume. This means that only changed or new files are included in the backup copy. Deleted files in the source directory are also removed from the target directory after the synchronization. Thus the data backup always remains up-to-date and in case of damage individual files or the complete directory can be restored from the data mirror without great effort.

does it copy the access control lists with the folders or just relies upon inheritance of the ACL in the destination folder?

King Kong, you don't need additional software to sync folders on local storage to OneDrive -- let Windows do it. Follow the simple directions at the following link to set up a junction point.
