Was offered a while ago by GAOTD. Same version (1.0.0)
Have used to create customized icons for OG (Open Graph) meta tags.
Export option helps in creating different sizes both for Android and iOS
Besides that, it's a simple icon maker.
If you don't understand the above, then there is little use for it.
I've kept it for my personal, rare use.

i'm looking for a program that will turn my photos into folder labels.

Caroline Fisher, try Avery Design & Print label software. You can import an image to your label then stick it on your folder.

The Activate screen frame is too small and does not display both input fields; consequently, the serial number cannot be input and the program cannot be activated on a Win 10 Pro 64 bit with a 4k screen (whether scaled or not scaled).

R Lawlis, not justifying the outdated GUI and lack of compatability with high DPI screen magification settings but assuming you have tried all the windows compatability tab options and failed to get a usable outcome you could always temporarily change your desktop resolution to a lower DPI resolution , e.g. 1920x1080 which should make the windows in the program so much bigger compared to high DPI aware programs. Swap back afterwards IF the GUI s usable in high DPI screen modes.
Of course if your screen is so small that it has to magnify icons and windows for them to be usable then it seems pointless to me making the GPU render UHD pixel count when you are really only displaying FHD or even HD graphics upsized by windows with no greater resolution... Even if you are displaying true UHD content (which the desktop is not UHD) on a small screen like 40 inches or so it will not show any significant improvement over FHD to most adult eyes. If you do choose to down size the resolution it would be best to downsize in multiples of two and not fractional or odd number sizes like if you have native resolution of 3840x2160 then best downsize would be 1920x1080 and nor 1440x900 as the former is keeps pixels perfectly aligned while the latter reuires interpolating between windows resolution and the physical pixels on the display.
