this software looks worthy of a try.

Never used this software but I got East-Tec Eraser 2008 for free a while back and have been using East-Tec Eraser 2008 and it is an excellent eraser + privacy tool. This software sounds a lot like East-Tec Eraser.
I got it from http://dottech.org/freebies/dottech-exclusives/6382. I think everyone can still get it.
Installed fine on Windows XP SP3
