Total Image Converter allows you to take an image and create a new one with a different size or format, or perform the task for huge batches of graphic files with one click. Good program for free, although wouldn’t pay for it, considering the other free alternatives, such as Infranview.
It works perfectly. I agree, there are enough free alternatives. But this one is very easy in use.
