  1. I won’t try (or rate) this one, because I’m perfectly happy with NotesHolder – which I originally got from GotD, and then later bought. However, I will say this much: A software of this kind makes a huge difference in ones life. Suddenly you can relax and stop fearing forgetting about things (including recurring things that would be cumbersome to type down repeatedly in an ordinary scheduler.)

  2. Well thanks GAOTD for this.

But personally I do not find it useful. There are many free utilities available with Calender programs, like Mozilla Sunbird or Mozilla Lightning as an add on to Thunderbird.
Other free and full featured programs are also available.

  3. I had just finished removing two other free reminder/calendar programs that were very poor and GAOTD pops up another one. I was a little skeptical but it has a nice UI and seems to work well. (Installed on XP so no idea if it is Vista-friendly, although the Help says it is…)
Easy to set up and use but I wish it had the ability to format the text that pops up (maybe emphasise some words or make a bigger heading, etc)
Would I pay that price for it? Nope
But it is a worthwhile utility for someone like me who has a memory like a… you know, a… what’s that thing with holes in it called !?!
