In these days, who does not have Adobe Reader or PDF Printer? They cost notenga.
I wonder about the need for this program for several reasons, including the current trend in moving away from flash. There are other aps available for converting PDFs such as this freebie converter with 5 different options –

As for Adobe Reader, there are free Readers far less intrusive and far less bloated, Foxit Reader being my personal favourite.
