  3. This was given away a while ago. A reasonably good app but it didn’t do very well with files with a lot of resources in them (e.g. shell32.dll.) I always use Resource Hacker, which is freeware and does a fantastic job, although with a slightly less elegant UI.

    Worth the download today for free but I wouldn’t pay for it!
