Zortam Mp3 Tag Editor is Mp3 Tag Editor that can process and auto-tag Mp3 files in single or batch mode using advanced fingerprint technology for song recognition provided by Gracenote.
I installed and got the website saying it was successfully activated.
But when I ran it I see that it is an old version I had installed.
Please advise how to ensure the GOTD latest version is installed.

OH I like this, I've a huge music collection, nearly 4TB and this software has helped me rediscover files I'd forgotten I had. UGI was a little daunting at first but didn't take too long to work out what did what. Thank you.

Tried it out, and it's a great little player. Too bad it can't do Aiff or wma files. 95 percent of my collection are wma files. I'll keep it though. None of my other players can analyze a song and tell me how many beats per minute it is. And it can identify an untitled song by tracing its digital fingerprint. That's great.

I haven't downloaded a give-away in a while, but now it seems the given user name may not be user-customized when activating. Despite that small hiccup, the software automatically searches for the MP3 files -- once the license is accepted.
This program looks daunting to new users! Also, the interface is not for users with poor vision, as the font size default is very small! Unless I cannot see the small text, I do not see an option to crop/edit the mp3 files, which is something that would be a huge benefit! Ironically, there's a special folder to put mp3s to be edited, but no edit option in the program!

Had to adjust the "Properties > Compatibility" settings of the shortcut for launching this title in order to accommodate my high-DPI display:

I really don't remember how many years I've been using Zortam, but every time there's an update it gets a little better. I have thousands of songs to deal with and I'd be lost without it now and I only use about 20% of its features/power.
