Does a one year license mean that it will continue to work for one year and receive updates for that length of time? Will it refuse to function after that one year?
Youtube is famous for making changes that break download utilities. I'd be hesitant to install something like this program without the assurance that it would be updated when necessary during the one year period for which it's licensed.

Installed with no issues. I downloaded some audio & video files, all worked fine. The download process is not as fast as some others. It only allows 3 files to be active at a time but does auto start as a slot gets opened. I could find no way to set the download directory. I had to select it on each download.
