I have had the same experience for this offer and for three other Vidmore offers in the past. The solution link you provide does not work any differently. I am sure that others are like me in that the IP address is preventing us from doing a fair assessment of the issue. I am the only user and the computer used and it is a direct wired connection. I have pointed out that I have used a different Microsoft OS before but would to test the product on a later OS. Twice Vidmore has made it possible for me to get a license key to activate the program, yet the problem still exists for other users that did not go to the extra effort to contact Vidmore directly.
This ongoing problem may make users frustrated with Giveawayofthedday.com even though they are not the reason for the problem. Hopefully, you appreciate the exposure Giveawayoftheday.com gives to Vidmore and will endeavor to resolve the problem so that future users will not encounter the same.
Since this is an ongoing problem, it does not seem fair to other GOTD users that some seek a solution directly from your support team without all users knowing the result and how to get their own license key. Could you please resolve the issue so that no one encounters the error again?
