Step 5. In a few minutes, you will receive an email with an annual license in your mailbox.

Trim option needs a backwards "step frame" option.
Trim option currently has a "step frame" forward option. It also needs a "step frame" in reverse option.

Eugen V, on a DVD or Blu-ray video disc subtitles are actually graphics that can be shown as an overlay. Sub tracks can be extracted [demuxed] from DVD VOB or Blu-ray .m2ts files & OCRed by apps like Subtitle Edit. There are also tools to to do the same sort of thing with usually text based Closed Captioning or streaming video. Results are normally stored in an .srt file, which is a plain text file using special markup for timing etc. You can often find .srt files online. If you give the .srt file the same name as the video file many players will display the subs with no further work necessary. Apps like Tipard Total Media Converter can typically overlay subs in an .srt file on top of the video permanently, so you cannot switch sub display on/off.
