Terry, You will get that message every time you try and install an app which is not from the Microsoft app store. Down load it then run the security you have installed through the folder. You can also run Mallwarebytes in the folder.

Terry, This is only because Defender is unable to recognize the publisher. I use several programs from Thundersoft!
