I agree with some people on their comments, and reguarding this software if it isnt free you should be able to have access a code for a certain amount of times WHEN NEEDED ,,,,you might not need it now,,,a year and a week later it expires and then you need it,,,,so what good is it running on your pc all the time,,,foolish.....

I see not many people recommending this...
And no wonder, maybe.... I put the below license code (copied by Ctrl-S) exactly and correctly into the required place -- and it doesn't register! It suggests I haven't got the right license!
Well, it came from them, so it surely IS the right license. And the same email address, too. I even tried putting the license first, then the email address. Neither way works....
So what do I do now? The ball seems to be in their court.

Ctrl+S is generally used as a Save command, as in editors and other programs. If you used Ctrl+S, then you could not have copied the license key to the clipboard, and when pasting, whatever was in the clipboard would get pasted instead. Hopefully your Ctrl+S was a typo, and not what you actually did.

Companies offer programs for a time, with the hope that people will use them and want to pay for future upgrades. They are in business to support themselves, and this is one way to market their products and hopefully people will recommend their products if they like them. I've never understood other attitudes about this.

Pip, It seems that their idea is that you should become aware of the product... for when you might need it.
Since the trial version doesn't REGISTER, as they claim it will be, all it does is to raise awareness....
Trouble is, if you can't register a "free" product, it will tend to leave an unpleasant taste in your mouth -- and you WON'T go looking for THEM, if and when you need a recovery programme....
Seems counter-productive to me.
