Better add user's manual and quick work through guide. I was puzzled why I cannot input data for a while.

I think this will be helpful for me to organize some collections I have. I'm also very pleased that the file size is so small. Many thanks!

Simple, looks like a keeper.

Unusable for stock rooms, does not accepts bar codes, good for garage inventory.

For a simple program, it takes some time to understand what each heading means, etc. You need to play with it for a while before feeling comfortable. Missing a lot for any serious inventory program. Might be OK for household use.

AF Phantom, I noticed that there is a program operations manual:

I could easily see this being very useful for a business. But also, it looks like it would be great for doing a home inventory or an inventory of any valuables, really. Definitely a keeper. Thanks for this one gaotd.

Dave, exactly, not all softwares are limited in capability for the sole reason they have been made / invented for.
Sometimes usage cases go beyond that initial thought.
And that is a very good example.

The installation wanted to install itself on my C:\ drive root location. So, I told it to install within the C:\Program Files (x86)\ directory. The installation was quick and simple and the software was pre-activated. It did request my email address.
However, when I tried using it, I immediately received the following error. It doesn't identify the other software in conflict with it or what kind of database it needs. I've not been using any other database application on my Windows system for a long time. Not a great start.
"Warehouse Database Opening Error! Files are damaged or blocked by another software."

DejaVu2, to use the C:\Program Files (x86)\ folder, try Run as administrator

DejaVu2,
I got the same error notice. But I just carried on and the program opened, much to my surprise.

Wert,
Thank you. Running it as administrator worked.
Bizarre though, since I was supposed to already have had administrator privileges.

Niv,
Thank you for your suggestion. It did not work in my case. However, the 'Run as administrator' did.

I'm guessing you could also use this program to organize your preppings in your basement / storage room. So you'd know exactly what's in there or left the building.
Also comes pre-registered with a lifetime license.
I'll take and keep it. =)
