Access to existing keychains is still possible.
Keychain data can be exported as a CSV file.
Keychains cannot be modified in any way anymore. Entries cannot be added, edited or removed.
New keychains cannot be created.
Keychains cannot be imported.
The cloud connection will be removed.
Automatic synchronization of data between devices does not happen anymore.

Looks as useful. Yet one question. When the1 year license expire can we still decrypt sent files and / or use he Password to reveal files? Thank you for clarifing.

You can take advantage of their current sale for #21 for $19 (regular $49.99!). You'd have to enter the serial number you have for this one, so don't lose it.
