The software from this company is generally very good, but, like others who commented, all GOTD offers from this company that I have downloaded have revert to trial status after a few months, despite there being no mention of this limitation in the offer.

Just uninstalled another SoftOrbits software that was given away previously.
On its own, it had reverted to Trial status.
When I tried to run it, it said the trial period is over.
When I tried to re-activate using the key from the Giveaway,
it said the key can only be used during the Giveaway period.
Thus the software became un-useable.
Therefore, will not be downloading this Sketch Drawer giveaway.

Nothing I could find would get the small square preview
OFF of the real image. Nothing could I find to push a pre/side by post/side like your helpful vids say should be the software norm.

I just finished uninstalling this program from a previous giveaway. Reason being that the license was revoked after just a few Months of use.I re-installed it again and so far I am not impressed with this giveaway either.
I think that I will take the XP Man up on his offer.

I got the download link send to my email-adress, downloaded the program and started to install it.
But trying to get the free activation code failed due to an error in the program. I tried to install it 10 times without success. So no sketch drawer for me. shit!

There's no requirement that you tell the truth for these type of questions.
For an address I use 1 Main Street.
For a phone number, I use the universal number for information.
Etc.

Downloaded using the email link. Relatively fast download. Installation was easy and the code was immediately provided. No issues with installation. Program started fast. Images loaded into frame quickly. Tried this on a few photos. Initial results were less that satisfying but I'll keep it to see what happens with some more photos and some different settings.
Interface was fine and easily manageable. Does NOT take a rocket scientist to figure this one out.

Also I executed a command 10 times and every time the result was different. Sometimes good and sometimes not.

I've had a number of giveaways from them. The sketch program I've updated repeatedly each time a new version is given away. It does a good job. Programs remain registered for me and don't revert to trial versions.

How does this differ from Sketch Drawer 4.2 that was offered here on 20 December 2016? Are there bug fixes that mean I should uninstall what I previously got via GAOTD and reinstall using today's file? TIA.

Download, open installer, click "get key" button - you'll be redirected to an online form. Just enter your email address. The email took a minute or two for me to get there - and did not give me a key, instead it sent me an activation link which once clicked prompted me to create an account (requesting name, last name, country, date of birth) please NOTE: you can click "Not now" at the bottom and you will still receive an activation key. The key was accepted in the installer and it proceeded.
When you open Sketch Drawer, it'll annoyingly open a webpage saying "Thank you" and also present you with a window in the application itself targeted to today's GOTD users with discount offers for the full versions of this, and other of their programs.
The program itself has a nice Office 2007-like interface, glossy but not tacky. There are a lot of presets which can be further customized to achieve different, interesting results.
The program also has a lot of themes, which despite their names do not change any icons, but only the colors of the panels behind them. Don't bother with the Tools>Options dialog by the way, it's too complex and for advanced users only ;)
Overall, I think it works nicely, it's fun around to play with and I see a few uses I and possibly others could find for it.
