Most powerful password manager to find, view and export all your passwords!

Privacy Protector for Windows 11 helps to cope with privacy problems in this OS. There are numerous services in Windows 10/11 that collect private user's data of all possible kinds. This software tool helps to solve all Windows 10/11 privacy issues that violate a right of every user for confidential activity on his PC. The program is oriented both for private users and companies with exclusive standards of data confidentiality.
By means of a simple-to-use interface a Privacy protector user can tune his system to block the unwanted traffic to Microsoft servers. It is possible to delete certain elements of Telemetry and Data Collection system, while the rest is simply disabled. A user is able to act at his own discretion choosing the services for disabling to eliminate specific Windows 10/11 privacy concerns. There are about 40 services (some of them work on the background) tracking and collecting personal user data. It is possible delete, disable or block the following tools:
• Office Telemetry
• Media Center
• Power Efficiency Diagnostics
• Customer Experience Improvement Program
• Windows Search
These are only a part of services that become manageable with the help of Privacy Protector for Windows 11. It also disables Keylogger that sends all data typed on the keyboard to MS servers (that may also contain credit card numbers, passwords, personal details, etc.). To prevent the appearance of new unwanted crawlers and Windows 10/11 privacy spies, the program allows to disable Windows Update. This feature is also available for Windows ver. 7-8. The program blocks Microsoft IP addresses and helps to add rules for them in Windows Firewall.
The most of spying programs work in the background, consuming a decent part of available system resources. That is why disabling will not only provide you proper privacy, but will also improve your system performance. Privacy Protector for Windows 11 always creates a system restore point before establishing any changes to roll back if needed.

I cannot install this program on Windows 11 home because the Email insertion box is missing from the Get free activation key page. Did anyone else have this problem?

All those switches in Win OS's are for your own entertainment only. They are there because they need to satisfy the gov. regulations, they are not there to protect yourself. Win OS's do daily resets and updates in the background that are not registered anywhere and with every update (no matter how small) the switches are reset to the default values, even if they are disabled visually.

Mike, thank you for that valuable information.
Could you be kind enough to cite your references to provide support for your assertions?
Thanks in advance. Dad Mac

Dad Mac, I give you an example: I do online banking and my back requires GPS enabled for me to properly log in.
I disabled it, just to see if that will stop me from logging in, IT DID NOT, the bank can still read my GPS on the laptop, regardless of the switch being in the off position.

Dad Mac, If you have ever read EULA from MSFT, you would know that they own the OS and can modify it at any time and reset to the default value all of the privacy issues at any time.
They need not tell you anything about it (how the system operates), even if you ask for it in court of law. They always call upon the trade secret as defense and if you do not like how the OS works, you have an option to uninstall it and load a Linux OS.

Julie, Try disabling it in the machines BIOS settings, if you can still login it is more likely sufficient machine authentication is stored in a cookie somewhere than disabled hardware is still being accessed with impunity or the bank is using geo-location from your public IP number rather than GPS receiver output.

Dad Mac, onedrive, onenote for instance will silently download new versions and execute the new updates with no user interface interaction, they are registered by the installation sub-systems and are not done secretly but done to be unobtrusive... on my systems they are seen because their installation paths includes version/build numbers and so will trigger an outgoing connection firewall alert that will need to be allowed or blocked. You can uninstall all those extra programs and not have silent downloaded new versions... but in doing so you'll also lose functionality.

Julie,
I never knew some laptops had GPSs. I thought that location information came from the IP address. My actual GPS does not even work inside my house because it is shielded from the satellites.

From the description above "This software tool helps to solve all Windows 10/11 privacy issues that violate a right of every user for confidential activity on his PC." System Requirements only lists Windows 11. SO which is right does this software help solve all Windows 10/11 privacy issues or does it not support Windows 10?

TK, did you not go to the program homepage or do you need spoon fed everything??

Reply   |   Comment by ralph  –  13 days ago  –  Did you find this comment useful? yes | no (-42)

TK, it also says windows ver. 7-8 further down. Their site states that it works from 7 on...

Mario, Yet on this GOTD page it says:
System Requirements: Windows 11
so the confusion is understandable

ralph, at the time of my original posting I did not go to softorbits website but asked here based upon the text they supplied for this giveaway which may or may not be the same build as distributed via their website, we cannot know. So the answer appears to be the System Requirements information is incorrect and it should include all versions of windows from 7 to 11 inclusive which might be information of value to other visitors to todays giveaway. And to add further unpublished information the program is also a 32bit program so will run under both 32 and 64 bit Windows 7 to 10 and of course 64bit Windows 11. And finally no I do not need [to be] spoon fed everything :-)

ralph, the rating of comments is broken. you had -6 and i gave it yes and instead of -5 it gave you -7

Reply   |   Comment by anna  –  13 days ago  –  Did you find this comment useful? yes | no (-17)

anna, comment usefulness ratings are not broken, while you were reading it started at -6 but 2 other people marked the comment No taking it to -8 which you did not see until you voted Yes which read the database and added your vote and updated your page with the real current vote of -7... It's now -8 at the time of me writing this but may be changing as I type so I won't know unless I vote or refresh the page. I hope you don't mind being spoon fed how things really work *grins*

ralph, No need to be snarky. It was written "From the description above"
"System Requirements:
Windows 11"
It does not state
"System Requirements:
Windows 11/10/8.1/7" which other times it does if compatible. If we are to be enticed to try a software, most folks go by "System Requirements" first and foremost.

AJ,
Well it took about 10 ties to convince the captcha I was real.
