Privacy Protector for Windows 11 helps to cope with privacy problems in this OS. There are numerous services in Windows 10/11 that collect private user's data of all possible kinds. This software tool helps to solve all Windows 10/11 privacy issues that violate a right of every user for confidential activity on his PC. The program is oriented both for private users and companies with exclusive standards of data confidentiality.
By means of a simple-to-use interface a Privacy protector user can tune his system to block the unwanted traffic to Microsoft servers. It is possible to delete certain elements of Telemetry and Data Collection system, while the rest is simply disabled. A user is able to act at his own discretion choosing the services for disabling to eliminate specific Windows 10/11 privacy concerns. There are about 40 services (some of them work on the background) tracking and collecting personal user data. It is possible delete, disable or block the following tools:
• Office Telemetry
• Media Center
• Power Efficiency Diagnostics
• Customer Experience Improvement Program
• Windows Search
These are only a part of services that become manageable with the help of Privacy Protector for Windows 11. It also disables Keylogger that sends all data typed on the keyboard to MS servers (that may also contain credit card numbers, passwords, personal details, etc.). To prevent the appearance of new unwanted crawlers and Windows 10/11 privacy spies, the program allows to disable Windows Update. This feature is also available for Windows ver. 7-8. The program blocks Microsoft IP addresses and helps to add rules for them in Windows Firewall.
The most of spying programs work in the background, consuming a decent part of available system resources. That is why disabling will not only provide you proper privacy, but will also improve your system performance. Privacy Protector for Windows 11 always creates a system restore point before establishing any changes to roll back if needed.

What happens after 6 months license expires? Do the activated "Privacy Protections" remain in force or does it revert to the settings before it was installed or does it just disable the user interface so one cannot change the settings any further?

Am wondering what happens after the 6 months. Does it stop functioning completely or just doesn't update.

I'm not sure why there is so many down votes on this product. Here is my mini review.
Installed on Windows 10 fine. No issues. Getting the license key was straight forward by following instructions in the Readme.txt file. I was able to get the activation key from the SoftOrbits website right away and didn't have to wait for an email.

The application is simple to follow and turn on and off various features in Windows that affects privacy. There are about 25 options that can be selected/deselected. Creating a system restore point is one option - that's good. The icons across the top (Recommended, All, None) are actually buttons and not that obvious. So if you press the icons those seem to apply recommended/all/none without any warning. It's not really clear what that does. It would be nice if instead of those buttons it made clear which of the 25 features are recommended and what is happening if you press the all button.

However, with that said it's easy to select the options you want on/off using the check boxes below and press the Fix Privacy button. That part makes sense. The Uninstall Metro Apps is a nice feature to quickly & easily remove those that you don't use.

I can't say if any of the privacy features are actually disabled or removed. I don't have an easy way to determine that.

George, you can do all of the disables from win 10/11 directly, no difference which rout you take. The software is nothing new and on updates, everything is reset to the original windows default and by that time this software is no longer functioning (6 months trial).

Would be nice if Metro Apps had Maps separate from mail and calendar. Also Restore System Metro Apps did not work for me. Of course I could always use restore point to reinstall. Is it possible to stop Defender from notifying you it is not active? Other than these few items I really like this. My husband has been looking for something like this.

According to their site ... "gain full control over what Windows
11, 10, 8.1, 8 and Windows 7 are allowed to know about you" ...
