I'd like to see an Android and an AndroidTV version of this software.
It's really difficult to find something I can use on my NVIDIA Shield Pro to set up slideshows with all sorts of options as this has.

I keep thinking that a slideshow might be a good way to present a daily devotional book. I've not used any such software...and would need a way to search for days/dates. Any other software solutions?

wynford, I should have mentioned that i am a registered user of another older slideshow creator, it allows you to insert a blank page and edit it with a title or opening/closing credits, right within the app, which i wish Photo Slideshow Creator Pro would allow you to do... then it would be perfect.

This may be way off topic, and may get downvoted, but fortunately such things rarely bother me.
I think slideshows from photos are just not as popular as they once were, but I do a lot of video editing and found a great use for these programs that goes against what they were meant to do. I use a solid white image and transition to a solid black one. I then individually render all of the available transitions I like and use the output as a track mat in my video editing software to increase the number of transitions at my disposal!
Just tossing it out there in case anyone else does video editing and wonders if this program has any more uses than simply making slideshows.
