A great big raspberry to the people running this promotion: dozens of complaints about a dysfunctional registration process have been followed merely by SILENCE. They have not even posted an interim message along the lines of "We're aware of the problem and we'll notify you as soon as we're confident we've diagnosed and fixed it".

Now that I've installed it (yesterday) yet can not register it after many attempts, should I:

A) continue to hope and wait for the registration page to begin working once again sometime this week, or

B) are further registrations not possible and so I should simply uninstall it and wait for another offer on another day (it was last offered here over a year ago)?

Same problem for me... CDbException. Tried 3 different browsers yesterday (chrome, edge, firefox).

This morning, got this message:

As instructed, I filled in the form with my email address and checked both boxes.
It goes to an error page: CDbException

tried with another email, same problem.
tried in Firefox, Chrome, Internet Explorer and Edge. No success!

Can you send me the serial number?

I tried to get license key for onlineTV 15 Plus. I opened the link given in readme file and entered email address, but when i hit enter it shows cd execution, which I didn't understand.
I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

I tried the page on Firefox, Chrome, IE. They gave the same error message. A waste of time.

Waited for two hours for code supposedly sent to my email. Nothing arrived. I tried another email. Nothing, I'm afraid. filled in forms several times, and the closing time is now arriving. Sorry. Perhaps next time.

Registration page is not working properly.........it just spins

CDb Exception, cannot get the registration code either; if the service team has been notified about the error how about notifying us how to get the code!

I try to register / request the serial number using my email using the link provided but the web page crashes showing only HTML code. Tried on my Windows 10 laptop, and also tried on my Windows 7 laptop.... same issue happens. I guess I won't be getting this software if I am unable to get the serial number code. Please fix the issue!

Installed, entered email and clicked Request Code...... Took me to a CDbException page. Never received the code via email. Too bad I really wanted to give this a try.

Tried Internet Explorer (few diff versions) and Firefox when attempting to enter my e-mail to get an activation key. I just get a bunch of random HTML code and no e-mail sent to me. I probably should have tried this before installing the program, sadly was a waste of time.

have tried to get the activation code several times, from different downloads. Each time, I get database errors. What does it take to get an activation code? I'm running the latest Windows 10, 64 bit.

Like a few other users, I am getting a CDbException error from web server when requesting serial number so the request does not go through. I have tried different web browsers - that made no difference.

Unfortunately, I cannot secure a registration code despite several tries using two different email servers. I keep getting an error message in German, apparently as indicated below--the error that there is no such URL page on their website. Unfortunate, as onlineTV 15 Plus looks like an interested program.

Simply doesn't work...tried 3 browsers too. Just get the German web page. Disappointing!

I would like to be able to use Chromecast to view these signals on my TV. From the developer's web page there is no mention of Chromecast at all.

How could I do this ?

I had started the install so it uninstalled V13 I had. Now I have neither V13 not would it let me get key for V15

How long before you resume issuing serial numbers? Would really like to try this software.

Just my experience (US East Coast)... Downloaded zip file without prompting to post to social media as it has in the past. Opened the zip file to a readme and setup file. Opened the website in the readme file and ran the setup. Filled out the form on the website and got a verification email within about 30 seconds. Verified and got my serial number in another 15 seconds. I tried typing in the serial number, but there seemed to be some characters prefilled, which made it difficult. I ended up just copying it and then using the "insert" button. Then the app seemed to work fine.

There is very little content for the US (ABC News, CBS, CBS News, CNN USA, Fox5, NBC, NewsMax, and something called US Movies), but if you're from another country or would like to access content in other countries, I could see this possibly being useful.

Not working for me. I can request an activation code, but clicking on the link in the received email just gives me "CDbConnection failed to open the DB connection: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Connection refused"

I am not able to get a registration code. After I enter my email, check the boxes and press request serial number, it just spins. I've tried numerous times.

"more than 150" is pointless, if 50% of these programs are channels that do advertising 24x7 (or reading tarots..).

I'm not a big TV watcher online are sitting in the living room. So I can't comment on this offer today. I can say, Engelmann Media has offer some great software over the years on GOTD. I've used several of them. Back to TV. What little I do watch, Pluto TV is what I use. Tons of stuff to watch, in a language I understand, English.

Installed in windows fine haven't tried it on 8 or 10 but it should be fine ;)
