A little tricky to figure out the relationship between the desktop program & the app & instructions aren't the best, but when it starts working, it's awesome! Had my phone contacts, SMS messages, photos, music & apps backed up in just a couple of minutes. I haven't tried the restore feature yet, but if it works as good as the backup, I'll be very pleased!

Installation went ok,
easy to register with info in the readme file
(good for a year from about 2 weeks ago).
Easy to connect via internet if you install the trial version software it suggests.
It was for an older version of Android than I have but it worked (sort of) as clicking on the version/size/date etc. doesn't sort anything on the pc.
I didn't have a good USB cable to check it.
Other than that it works great for doing clean up/backup of your phone, definitely worth getting.

Would be helpful if you include your android version and other specs and, what you meant by "Doesn't work" and how you came to the conclusion that it was designed for older versions of Android. Did you try it with an older device or just guessing?

Guest 01, my tablet said so and refused to install the APK file. I am using version 12. The A7 is a _newer_ version, why would I complain about an older version?
