Hi everyone,
I can't seem to get past that runtime error 429. I looked at the ocx files and then looked into the what has been taking place on the forum about VB5SKIT.dll file...I have it on my XP but it still wont' work. The Tech for the company stated look for this file 3DABM8U.OCX which I got...but don't have the first file C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\btnenh4.ocx which the tech at Inco asked for...
NOTE BELOW IS THE EMAIL FOR TECH AT INCO AND BELOW THAT IS MY REPLY (SORRY--Just want to make everyone know to make note of the difference in emails...#1 is tech to me; #2 is me to Tech at Inco)
Please let me know what to do next.
Sincerely,
Angela

Hi,
The problem comes because of incompatibility with another software you installed.
Here are the operation you need to do:
- Choose Run from Windows Start menu
- Write
regsvr32 -u C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\btnenh4.ocx
where C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 is the correct path for the file btnenh4.ocx (please search for it to be sure).
- Press OK
Then repeat all the things but this time enter the text
regsvr32 C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\3dabm8u.ocx
- press OK
- restart WSX5
Best Regards, TECHNICAL DPT.
Below is my reply to Inco tech recently,

Hi Tech,
I waited ...thanks for writing back...when I did open Start and then click run and then put the regsvr32 -u C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\btnenh4.ocx
It said failed -The specifed module could not be found.
I ran a search for it just the file btnenh4.ocx and I don't think it is in the computer. Yes I searched for it and it cannot be found.
What do I do?
I looked through all my files on c and d drive for *.ocx and can't find both files.
Hmmm somethings not right. I might fall asleep waiting can I still install or fix this tomorrow if I fall asleep waiting?
Thanks again...Angela
