For at least a week now, I have been getting the msg "Failed to connect. Please try again later." when I try to activate a program. Nothing has changed on this end WinXP Pro SP3.

try again later or firewall & a clean temp
Your Antivirus might be in the way.
Kaspersky would always prompt me to let GOTD through, and sometimes it didn't, so sometimes programs couldn't activate properly.
