Dowloaded todays offer (2 Oct)
Unzipped as normal .. run setup ... delay then the usual popup "connecting to giveawayoftheday.com, checking giveaway availability"
But it just hangs there - you can't even 'close' the window - no response, have to kill the process.
Tried several downloads and several installs.
This is on a W7 64 bit pc
Downloaded (which is pretty fast) and tried again - running as administrator ... same as before just stalling at the popup "connecting to giveawayoftheday.com"
I know you said it can be slow .... so far sat there for 39mins ... and still no response.
Update. now been sitting there for more than an hr waiting for response ... guess I'm not getting this software

Ultimately, the solution was resetting IE to its original installed state. Note that if you try that solution you'll lose any add-ins, toolbars, or other stuff that you've added.
