Does anyone know of a program that will tag (give artist and album) my music from just the length and track number? And if possible could it be free? Thank you

I have heard of such a program like that, is there one that can actually go through the entire MP3 or WMA file and compare it to a database to find unknown songs

A few months ago they had a really good one on here that I downloaded.
