Keywords Rego details, where?

I installed and registered Keywords on XP Pro under an admin profile but when I log on as anything other than Administrator it says it is not registered and prompts for a rego code. I set sharing/security priveleges as per normal but still it doesn’t work under any other profile than Administrator,which is annoying as I wish to use it on one computer with my students.

I didn’t get an actual rego code - instead I got a time-limited registration.exe file which of course will no longer work. Also, I can't find an 'About' screen which would give me my registration details so I can punch them in when it prompts me.

My question is, seeing as the program IS legally registered on my computer, is there anywhere I can search for the actual rego code within the program itself or in registry files or something so I can apply it to the other profile? Hope that makes sense! Thanks a lot

I don't believe the rules allow that question to be answered, or hints offered. Nor speculations. or even sympathy, alas.

Besides, I don't have XP.

it would seem prudent in future, however, to activate programs under every account that might be needed, if you have more than one.

If that's possible. I haven't a clue. And I expect this thread to disappear, just for the question itself.

True. Your only option - contact the distributors and ask for help from them.

I believe teachers providing the software for use by their students isn't permitted under the conditions of the giveaway, and such use may require a full license to be purchased, as the giveaways are for personal and private use only. I'm fairly sure commercial or professional use isn't permitted.

The only way to know - contact the software distributors.
