   Well can't understand why you advertised a paid for version?

   I have the paid-for-version myself, been using it since version 4.

   Though there is a free version.

   ...."paid-for-vrs" ,,,,-do u mean "pay-for"?
   Why did I post a program u have to "pay-for?"
   -Is that your complaint? ......

   I'm confused.
   You'll have to explain this one further please.

   Anyway; I thought this was a thread for posting SW -[which u would normally have to "pay for"]- that u would like to see offered as a give-away so u don't have to "pay-for" it !

   ~~As for the "free vrs."; their website did not mention a free vrs.

   Version 4 I purchased retail, version 5 paid for upgrade, version 6 paid for upgrade.

   99% of users that come to these forums are after something for nothing.

   Now I did not dilly-or-dally as I knew a free version was out there (standard).

   This is why I am wondering why you did not post the free version, rather than a paid-for version.

   Do you see long lines of a complaint?

   NO.

   It was a question.

   You can go try the freebie and make your own mind up (hope I did not split my infinitive there).

   I was hearing a lot of good things about PowerDesk Pro v4 and I started using the free version. But when v5 came out, I was the 86th person in the world to get it. It would be a great program if the silly thing didn't crash so often. And when it was sold to VCOM, it seemed to have gotten far worse. :( Today I only use the file finder and the folder sync parts of it.
