Problem installing Xou-Dou-Qi

Hello,

I tried to install the game Xou-Dou-Qi. It seemed to install alright, and I even got a response from GAOTD that Activation was succesful. But when I run the game, I get an error : " This application has failed to start because d3dx9_27.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem".

I tried reinstall, which too went smoothly, and again I got a response that Activation was Successful. But, on running the game, I got the same error too, (smoothly!! ? ).

I hope GAOTD or EXOTIK will help me run this game OK
