I got the code but the app hangs upon usage. FocuSee doesn't start the recording process and hangs at 4 seconds. The mouse cursor becomes slow. Alt+F4 will close the app after long time.

Since you have to use this online, I am sure there are limits, either in how much usage you have or the length of the account. Rather than signing up and finding out it's very limited usage, or a short period of time, say 3 months, can anyone give those details?

rww, when i tried to program, it wanted to connect online when i started the program, but i have a firewall that blocks everything by default. the program got stuck disabling most of my keyboard and mouse movements on one instance of starting it up and it not being able to contact it's server. i was able to navigate by keyboard alone to uninstall the program and regain control of my computer. it looked like a nice program, but i don't like it calling home every time i use it or disabling my input devices. i'll leave this one uninstalled. furthermore, the wording on their website is ambiguous about lifetime updates. it says you can buy a version with lifetime updates, but it's unclear if they apply to future versions of 2.x, 3.x, etc.

Hi rww, greetings from the FocuSee team. I'd love to clarify the issue of offline and online.

You can only record videos using the FocuSee desktop app, rather than online. However, FocuSee offers two options for video sharing:

1. Export the video to your local device
2. Upload the video to our cloud and share it online via a link

1. FocuSee does not require internet connection to be used when recording or editing. However, when exporting, users are required to log in to their account, so a network connection is necessary.

2. The current issues have been reported to our development team and will be addressed in the upcoming version. This will ensure a seamless product experience even without a network connection.
