I just got the old WindowsXP SP2 to run with WiFi connection. I was happy to find first useful program Coolmuster PDF Merger for such old OS. But in the end the Merger doesn’t work in XP, pity. What about providing an older version which works with XP, not only with Windows 7 and up?

This program does one thing. It merges PDF files in the order you put them in. That seems to be it. I just used it and it does that well and quickly. If that's what you are looking for, this is good at it. It won't rotate pages or let you reorder them or remove individual pages.
