I got it to work with Android 12 Samsung Galaxy 10 and my Samsung Galaxy 8+ phone. BUT, it will not let me transfer anything.
Well, I'm currently looking for something like Coolmuster Android Assistant. But that's a separate fee of $40 for lifetime access. On Samsung Galaxy 10, It will let me view everything, but the moment to tell to open a file it will disconnect my phone or load more than 800 files, Coolmuster Android Assistant will disconnect. I've tried it on my Samsung Galaxy 8+ phone as it will not transfer anything until paid. *Throws Hands In The Air* Whatever, I'm so done. *uninstalled* Peace, Thanks for letting me try it out.

Coolmuster Android Assistant is another program and you need to purchase the license code to use it. The free trial version can view the data. Was your phone screen timeout when it disconnect? If so, try to keep the phone screen active when connecting and see whether it works.

Any Mobile device has built in transfer feature, just look in the tools or setting, it is there and you do not need a license to transfer your own data.
