Downloaded, registered and ran on Win10. Imported a file easily. Fairly basic operation, no filters or pre-canned animations. Small basic importer and frame based animator. No paintbrush or transition schemes built in. GUI is too small to be useful for much, as you can barely read the text or find clickpoints on the image properties to change them. Good program, but fairly basic.
