I've been using Animated Wallpaper Maker (and Animated Screensaver Maker) for several versions now just for making enjoyable little projects on the computer. I am certainly no expert on graphics and computer imaging but I have a lot of fun working with this program and it is easy to get some really good results. ASM is easy to learn and use, and it is definitely a keeper.

Makes great wallpaper animations, but no matter what size you choose, you get full screen.
Very much a resource hog, unusable.

Windows 11 - only shows animated background on part of window, about a third, and that is a magnified part and the rest is black. Tried adjusting various settings - still an absolute mess. Will be uninstalling unless a solution is identified.
