Download was fine. Registration worked. To test I used 2 movies , each is just over 2 hours. Both are good files and I have played them both before. The two video files are MPG format.
I am using a PC with an intel i7 with 8 CPU at 4GHZ x 16M Ram. Using a supported graphics card and the 4K converter says it will support the GPUs.
I tested by loading the two MPG videos. I setup to convert to MKV high compression. The 4K converter shows it will take over 9 hours to convert the two. This must be a 16bit converter because its way to slow. I canceled the conversion.

Aiseesoft Studio, Today I see the email I received yesterday and responded to it. Sorry to say I was not home to see it in time. In case you don't get the previous respons I had to leave to take my wife to the hospital for her radiation appointment. Maybe I'll have better luck next time.

Please read this guide if you are not sure how to register the software.
Step 1. Download Zip package from GOTD. Unzip the Package and run setup.exe to install the software.
Step 2. Run this software and a pop-up register window will appear. Click the “Get Free Registration Code” to visit the registration access page (https://www.aiseesoft.com/special/gotd/4k-converter/), where you can input your username and email address to receive the registration code for free.
We will send the free activate code to the email address you provided, please check your mail inbox in due time. If you don't see it in your inbox, just check the spammed emails.
Step 4. Return to the software, copy and paste the received registration code under “Registration Code” and click “Register” to activate it successfully.
Note: Cannot find the register window? Just can click the “Register” button (A lock image at the top) in the main interface of this software.

Aiseesoft Studio , why only 4K converter? doesn't it even support 8K video conversion? I'm sure FFMPEG that you abuse can support 8K to FHD down conversion.

Aiseesoft Studio , the reason I say abuse FFMPEG because if you run your renamed FFMPEG.EXE which is convertor.exe with the -L command line switch amongst the data it returns including that it was built with GPLv3 switches enabled it also reports:

It is not only unlicensed under the GPLv3 as yours is a closed source product it is also not legal to be redistributed by you under any terms as you have compiled in non-free parts so you are stealing under GPLv3 as well as under various patents oops GAOTD is distributing illegal unlicensable software again.
