Then I had to register, but that failed. Overloaded server????

My impression after a few minutes of using it. It works very fast. Converted a PDF of several hundred pages to a Word doc in a couple of minutes. The conversion looks good. The program recognized the headers in the original, and converted them to Word headers. However, it did not recognize the footnotes as footnotes, and inserted them as text. That, unfortunately, makes the conversion worthless in different ways (such as exporting the Word file to eBook format.) Despite what is written above, I did not find an option of converting a PDF to epub format.

Hott, you meant "Is a extended trial better than Abbyy Finereader?"... Because after that one year, you need to pay up aswell. Not much of a difference.
Finereader costs 117 € / Year, that is almost four times as much as Acethinker's offering but i also think that the price differences are warranted because it's a professional piece of software.
Similar to Phtotoshop and other editor offerings, Photoshop is the standard for professionals.
